Registration
Only REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS are allowed to bid in live auctions. To register yourself,
please click -
Registration Form.
On the Registration form, select your registration type i.e. Company or individual,
let Participant option remain selected.
Please ensure you fill all fields marked with '*' [these fields are compulsory,
if left empty, the form will not be submitted]. After filling all details, submit
the Registration Form. On submission, the system will show a view of details filled
with next steps to be done to complete your registration.
On submitting the form, the system will send a verification mail to the email id
filled by you in the form. In the verification mail you will get a Link - that Link
will take you to the second part of the registration process, where you will be
asked to enter your
Login - [min 4 - max 15 characters]
Password - [min 4 - max 15 characters]
PLEASE NOTE: Your password will be valid for 60 days at a time and you will have
to enter new password when you login after expiry of 60 days.
Your registration is now complete, a registration number has been alloted to you,
please make a note of it for future reference. The system admin will activate your
account within 48 hours, you will receive an email informing you of the same. Click
on exit button to go to the site home page.
Auction Calendar
The site home page and Auction Calenar Link, carry month wise list of auctions.
You can see auctions scheduled for current and forthcoming months. Click on auction
sale no. of interest to see complete details.
You can download the catalogue to read the auction terms and conditions. Click on
Lot Details or No. of Lots to see individual lots or download the product list.
Pay CMD
To participate in any auction, you will have to pay Caution Money Deposit (CMD)
as per its specified terms and conditions. The amount of CMD to be paid can be fixed
or flexible.
On receipt of CMD, the administrator will activate a unique bidder id to allow you
to participate in the auction. For each auction you will be given a different bidder-id.
Forgot Password
Please login in one day prior to check your login is working. In case you have forgotten
your password use forgot password option to retrieve the same. Your existing password
will be sent by email to your account email id. PLEASE NOTE, NO PASSWORDS WILL BE
GIVEN ON PHONE ON AUCTION DAY.
Login
Enter your username and password to login to the system.
PLEASE NOTE, SIMULTANEOUS LOGIN IS NOT ALLOWED, i.e. you can login from one PC at
a time only. If you try to login twice, you will have to logout from the previous
login. Click on Log me Out.
The new auction system has host of New Features. On login you will see list
feature highlights. Click on Live Auction button now.
You will see list of auctions for which you have paid CMD. You will see your unique
bidder-id for each auction sale no [Please note down your BidderId for each Auction
Sale No]. Click on Bid Now button to enter the auction room. On click a new window
will open up [please ensure your pop blocker is off or the site address is the allowed
list] where you will see the live auction.
